We’re supporting a fast-growing, Series A AI company building an AI-native research and workflow automation platform used by leading financial institutions. Founded by former AI lab and global banking engineers, they’re scaling quickly and are hiring a Front-End Engineering Lead to own the UI function and shape their front-end strategy.

In this role, you’ll lead a small team, set engineering standards, define architecture, and stay hands-on building high-performance, accessible front-end applications. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features that power next-generation AI tools for finance.

Tech Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern front-end tooling

Package: $160,000 – $210,000 + equity + benefits

You should apply if you have:

• 8+ years of front-end experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership
