Evoke talent is a technology recruitment specialist with a focus on providing a service which is built around trust, honesty and partnerships.

We’re not looking to redesign the wheel. We are a recruitment partner focused on providing an honest and high-quality service.


Jake Tomkins


Jake has been working within the technology recruitment space since 2014 and has a long track record of helping drive digital transformations and building successful engineering teams for some of the top startups globally. Previously a Director at a large global recruitment business he’s built high-performing sales teams, but has always dreamed of being an entrepreneur and building a brand he is proud of. Jake in his spare time loves learning and investing his time in self-development, listening to podcasts and going to the gym!

Conor Smith


Conor has been working within the Recruitment space since 2013 and has a proven track record of scaling engineering teams for some of the most exciting start-up & scale-up businesses globally. Previously the top performing billing consultant for a large global recruitment business, Conor built his niche within the Java Software Engineering market, specialising within the Fintech, Crypto & Blockchain space. Being a new Dad, Conor spends most of his spare time with his baby daughter Isla, but also loves playing golf!

  • You will not receive cvs for the sake of receiving CVs as we have no internal KPIs around CV sends. We have been doing this a long time, we know where high-quality engineers are working
  • Communication skills and cultural fit for your business will play a key part in our profiling
