The company builds AI agents that automate the toughest operational challenges in hospitals and clinics — smarter onboarding, 24/7 staffing optimisation, and complex payroll automation. You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering team and build systems that directly affect how caregivers deliver care.

They are hiring for a Senior AI Engineer to work with LLMs and AI toolkits to orchestrate workflows, automate decision-making, and improve how customers interact with the platform.

Package: $180,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits

You should apply if you have:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with LLMs and AI frameworks
• Expertise in Python or Node.js
• Experience working with OpenAI, VertexAI or other models
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
