Founded by AI and finance experts from top global institutions, the company builds AI agents that help finance professionals extract insights from complex, multi-source market data with greater efficiency and accuracy.

You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering team, designing and building scalable AI agents that read, analyze, and integrate financial and market data for institutional investors.

They are hiring a AI Engineer to research, prototype, and productionize cutting-edge AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, fine-tuning LLMs, and reasoning systems.

Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LLMs, GenAI, RAG

Package: $160,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits

Office: Hybrid working in NYC office (Flatiron), 2-3 days per week WFH

You should apply if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in software or AI engineering, with experience building production-ready ML/AI systems
• Strong Python skills and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and recent developments in generative AI
• Solid foundation in ML concepts and mathematics (linear algebra, probability & statistics, multivariate calculus)
