Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking to grow our Founding Recruitment Team here at Evoke Talent, you will be within the first couple of hires and we’re looking to train and develop people into top-class recruiters.
Founder background:
We worked together previously at Salt Recruitment, where Jake was the Director of Tech recruitment and Conor was a Managing Consultant and global top biller. We were closely aligned in how we approached recruitment and focused on being top performers through high-quality service.
We were fed up with the poor service customers were receiving from larger agencies through a lack of training and a focus on irrelevant metrics.
In 2022 we decided to launch Evoke Talent, a premium technology search partner for start-ups and scale-ups. Since then we have been working with numerous Tech Unicorn businesses and many well-funded start-ups.

What we’re looking for:
- Experienced recruiters from any industry that are interested in moving into technology recruitment OR
- Technology Recruiter’s with experience and a track record of doing deals within a technology vertical (we’re open to your previous tech experience)
- Someone to build out a vertical within software engineering (JavaScript, Python, Java, DevOps)
- Strong intrinsic motivation and desire to be successful
- Low ego, open to feedback and wants to improve and willing to learn
- A care for the quality of work they do and reputation in the market and creative positive experiences for applicants and our customers
